QuickPera Lending Corp. and its affiliates (collectively, "we" or "the Company"), as operators of "QuickPera," understand the importance of personal information security and privacy protection to you. We will protect your personal information and privacy according to laws and regulations. We have formulated this "QuickPera Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Privacy Policy") and especially remind you to carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using QuickPera and related services to make appropriate choices.

- 1.This Privacy Policy will introduce how we handle personal information in different scenarios. When you activate or use QuickPera, to achieve the functions and services you choose to use or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, we will collect and process relevant information. Except for information necessary to realize QuickPera's basic functions and services and information required by laws and regulations, you can refuse our collection and processing of other personal information. However, this may result in us being unable to provide the corresponding functions and services. We will explain relevant situations in the Privacy Policy. Important terms regarding your personal information rights have been highlighted in bold; please pay special attention.
- 2.This Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of QuickPera products and related services through the mobile internet application named "QuickPera," which may contain multiple versions ("QuickPera Mobile"), the "QuickPera" official website, and the "QuickPera Web Version" ("QuickPera Web").
The following will help you understand in detail how we collect, use, store, transfer, disclose, and protect personal information; help you understand the ways to query, correct, supplement, delete, copy, transfer personal information. Important clauses regarding your personal information rights have been highlighted in bold; please pay special attention.
1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
We will collect information you actively provide during service use and information generated during the use of functions or services through automated means:
1.1 Registration, Login, and Real-name Authentication
- 1.You can log in and use QuickPera and related services with your phone number to provide you with QuickPera-related services.
- 2.When using the credit scoring service, you need to provide personal information. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the related service.
- 3.You agree and understand that when using functions or related services requiring identity authentication (e.g., user information upload, identity authentication through QuickPera), you may need to provide your real identity information for real-name authentication according to laws and regulations. You can refuse to provide it, but you may not be able to obtain related services, although it will not affect your normal use of other QuickPera functions and services.
1.2 Credit Scoring When you actively fill in personal information and undergo identity authentication on QuickPera, we will request your authorization to access the camera based on the specific functions and services you use. If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to use the mentioned functions but can still use other QuickPera functions.
1.3 Message Notifications You acknowledge and agree that for the contact information (e.g., phone number, third-party social media account) you actively provide during the use of QuickPera, we may send multiple types of notifications via one or more of these methods for user message notifications, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, complaint feedback communication, etc. We may also provide you with commercial information about services, function introductions, or activities that may interest you through these contact methods. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can contact us directly to unsubscribe.
1.4 Operations and Security Assurance We strive to provide you with a safe, reliable product and usage environment, with high-quality and reliable services and information as our core goals. To maintain the normal operation of our services and protect your or other users' or the public's legitimate interests from damage, we will collect the following necessary information for maintaining the safe and stable operation of products or services. Additionally, QuickPera will not collect any other sensitive personal information in silent mode or when running in the background.
- 1.When you use QuickPera and related services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (e.g., IMEI/MEID, AndroidID, OAID, IMSI, SIM card information such as ICCID, GAID, hardware serial number for Android devices; IDFV, IDFA for iOS devices), network device hardware address (MAC address), IP address, WLAN access point (e.g., SSID, BSSID), base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, device performance, operation, usage, service logs, device sensor data, and carrier information.
- 2.To help us better understand the operation of QuickPera and related services and to prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will record network logs and collect information on installed applications, software lists, running process information, overall application operation, usage, and frequency, application crash situations, overall installation usage, performance data, and application sources.
- 3.We may use your account information, device information, service log information, and information provided by our affiliates and partners, with your authorization or as legally permissible, to assess account and transaction security, conduct identity verification, identify violations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary record, analysis, and disposition measures as required by law.
1.5 Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
- 1.Cookies and similar technologies, such as device information identifiers, are widely used in the internet. When you use QuickPera and related services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and identify information during your visit and use of the product. We promise not to use cookies for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy. We primarily use cookies and similar technologies to achieve the following functions or services:
- 2.Ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services. We may set cookies or anonymous identifiers for authentication and security, ensuring you safely log in to services or identifying theft, fraud, and other illegal activities. These technologies also help improve service efficiency, enhancing login and response speed.
- 3.Help you obtain a more relaxed access experience. Using these technologies can also help you avoid repetitive steps and processes for filling in personal information or entering search content (e.g., recording searches, form fillings) and repeated selection of personalized video editing functions (e.g., recording filter settings), providing you with a more relaxed access experience.
- 4.Recommend, display, and push content you may be interested in. a. We may use these technologies to understand your preferences and usage habits, analyze data to improve product services, recommend information or functions you may be interested in, and optimize your choice of advertisements. b. In QuickPera's sharing page, we may use cookies to record browsing activities to recommend information and investigate crashes, delays, and other anomalies to explore better service methods.
- 5.Clearing cookies. Most browsers offer users the functionality to clear browser cache data. You can perform corresponding data clearing operations in the browser settings function. If you clear cookies, you may not be able to use services or functions that rely on cookies provided by us.
1.6 Changes in the Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information Please understand that as our business develops, we may adjust and change QuickPera's functions and services. In principle, when new functions or services are related to the current functions or services, the personal information collected and used will have a direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose. In scenarios not directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose, we will inform you again and obtain your consent to collect and use your personal information.
1.7 Exemptions from Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information Please understand that, according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we can collect and use your personal information without your authorization or consent in the following cases: a. Directly related to national security or national defense security; b. Directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests; c. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of software and related services, such as discovering and handling software and related service failures; i. Necessary for legal news reporting; j. Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistics or academic research based on public interests, and when providing academic research or descriptive results externally, de-identifying the personal information contained in the results; k. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please note that if information cannot identify you individually or in combination with other information, it is not personal information legally. When your information can identify your personal identity individually or combined with other information, or when data that cannot be linked to any specific personal information is combined with your personal information, such information will be treated and protected as your personal information during the combination period according to this Privacy Policy.
2. Partners Involved in Data Usage and Transfer or Public Disclosure of Personal Information

For scenarios where personal information is entrusted for processing, we will sign relevant processing agreements with entrusted partners according to legal requirements and supervise their use of personal information.

For scenarios where personal information is jointly processed, we will sign relevant agreements with partners according to legal requirements and stipulate each party's rights and obligations to ensure compliance with legal requirements and data security during the use of relevant personal information.

If specific functions and scenarios involve our affiliates or third parties providing services, the scope of partners includes our affiliates and third parties.
2.2 Change of Operating Entity
With the continuous development of our business, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, and your personal information may be transferred as a result. In the event of such changes, we will require the successor to protect your personal information according to legal requirements and security standards not lower than those stipulated in this privacy policy. 3. Managing Your Personal Information
We highly value your management of personal information and strive to protect your rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, withdraw consent, deactivate your account, and report complaints. This is to ensure you are capable of understanding and safeguarding your personal information security. However, please understand that specific business functions and services require your information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will not be able to continue providing the corresponding functions and services, nor will we process your corresponding personal information. Your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect personal information processing activities that were previously conducted based on your authorization.
The management methods we provide in different software versions or operating systems of QuickPera may differ, so please refer to the actual situation.
3.1 Account Deactivation
You can apply to deactivate your account via the QuickPera mobile client by going to "My" > "Settings" > "Deactivate Account." Before deactivating your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, and device information. You acknowledge and understand that deactivating an account is irreversible. Once your account is deactivated, we will delete or anonymize your relevant information unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
4. How We Protect Personal Information Security
- 1.We place great importance on the security of your personal information and strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and managerial aspects) to protect your personal information from misuse or unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss, or leakage.
- 2.We use encryption technology, anonymization, and other reasonable and feasible means to protect your personal information and employ security protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on your personal information.
- 3.We establish dedicated security departments, security management systems, and data security processes to ensure your personal information security. We implement strict data usage and access systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access your personal information, and we conduct timely security audits of data and technology.
- 4.Despite the aforementioned effective measures and compliance with relevant legal standards, please understand that due to technical limitations and potential malicious means, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security of information in the internet industry. We will do our best to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us.
- 5.You acknowledge and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may encounter problems due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive measures to protect your personal information, including using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing your account passwords and related personal information to others.
- 6.We will develop emergency response plans and immediately initiate these plans to mitigate the impact and consequences of security incidents involving user information. If a user information security incident (leakage, loss) occurs, we will promptly inform you as required by laws and regulations about the basic situation of the security incident, the possible impact, the measures we have taken or will take, your suggestions for self-protection and risk mitigation, and our remedial measures. We will inform you through push notifications, emails, letters, SMS, and other related forms. If it is difficult to inform each individual, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue an announcement. Additionally, we will report the handling of user information security incidents to relevant regulatory authorities as required.
- 7.Once you leave QuickPera and related services, browse or use other websites, services, and content resources, we have no ability or direct obligation to protect any personal information you submit outside QuickPera and related services, regardless of whether you log in, browse, or use the aforementioned software or websites based on QuickPera’s links or guidance.
5. How We Store Personal Information
5.1 Storage Period
- 1.We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide QuickPera and related services. After the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

- 1.If you are a minor under the age of 18, you are prohibited from using QuickPera and its related services.
- 2.We protect minors' personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. If we discover that a minor has submitted personal information, we will endeavor to delete the relevant information as soon as possible.

1.You can view this privacy policy on the registration and login page, or after logging into your QuickPera account by navigating to "My" > "Privacy Policy."
2.Please understand that to meet operational needs, we may develop different versions based on your mobile phone model, system version, mobile client, and other factors. Therefore, when you use a specific version, the functions of QuickPera may differ from those described in this privacy policy, but this will not affect the purpose, method, and scope of data processing. The specific available functions are based on your actual usage.
7.2 Updates and Notifications
- 1.To provide you with better services, QuickPera products and services will be updated and changed from time to time. We will revise this privacy policy in a timely manner. We will not reduce your rights under the currently effective privacy policy without your explicit consent.
- 2.After updating the privacy policy, we will publish the updated version on QuickPera and remind you of the updated content through in-site messages or other appropriate means so that you can promptly understand the latest version of this privacy policy.
- 3.We may also assist you in better managing your personal information through function updates. Please pay attention to the relevant function descriptions.
